Two of the greatest breakthroughs I got through Alyssa’s coaching were:

Let's talk about sex, baby...
In my experience, the church and Christianity have been hesitant to talk and teach about sex and related topics like masturbation, porn, sexual trauma, sexual pleasure, sex outside and inside of marriage etc-- especially with no shame attached.
I've been on a long journey of learning to detach shame from sexuality, learning to love and embrace my body, my femininity and my sexuality, and examining what God really thinks and feels about sex. I honestly love to talk about this!
In this course I will teach on what it means to be a sexual being, what purity really is and means to God outside of the religious connotation of it, what loving your body and your looks like, and the spirituality of sex.
Topics we will discuss:
Masturbation
- Is it ok? While you're single? While you're married?
What does God think?
Your body
- Does your body talk to you? Can you learn to love your body better? Does your body have needs?
Sexual trauma and abuse- Do you feel like your brain is either over sexualized or extremely scared of/ confused by/ ashamed over sexuality? Are there ways to heal sexual trauma?
Sexual and body pleasure- What is this? Is this allowed? Is it possible while I'm single?
Sex- What does sex mean to a woman’s brain? How does sex affect our bodies? What about sex outside of covenant?
God & Sex- What is the Hebraic cultural history of sex and sexuality? What are the spiritual implications of sex and what is sex in the spirit realm? Does our sexuality and morality have cultural or generational implications?
Purity- What is purity? Is it important? Why does this word feel so cringey? How do we talk about sex without shame?

SINGLEHOOD
All the single ladies! All the single ladies! Can being single be fun? Is there a way to speed up the process of finding your man without being unhappy being single?
Topics we will discuss:
Men-
Are there ways to better love and understand men? What is a man really looking for? What do men really think about women, do men really need or want us?
Dating- What does God think? Are there any good men left out there? If i find one, how do I date them in a healthy way? Am I settling? Why do I keep ending up with the same type of men? What makes a man fall in Love with a woman?
Imagining your future- My life timeline is freaking me out. Do I have any say over who I meet, when I meet him or how? Can I envision or create something different?
Masculine and Feminine- Are there differences between the male and female brain? Does it help to know
Learning to love yourself- Healing your feminine
Jesus as a lover- can Jesus meet my needs in the same way a man can/ Is this ok, or weird, or possible, or what?
Feminism- what does God think about feminism? Am I a feminist? Does this mindset affect my relationships?
